Coaching is a collaborative and creative effort between coach and client. As your coach, I strive to establish a safe environment where you can explore the personal and professional changes you aspire to make in your life. Our confidential conversations will open new perspectives and empower you to make choices that work best for you. I often assign homework and encourage you set and meet deadlines so that you may accomplish your short- and long-term goals.
Sessions are generally once a week and last an hour, but together we can determine a convenient and appropriate schedule. The duration of the coaching engagement is contingent on when you accomplish your goals, whether that takes six weeks or six months. Sessions can be conducted in person, via telephone, or on Skype.
